Neville Southall MBE

Legendary Welsh goalkeeper turned mental health awareness advocate, Neville is the author of Mind Games: The Ups and Downs of Life and Football, in which he explores social stigma surrounding mental health. A social justice campaigner, Neville uses his extensive Twitter/X following to champion issues surrounding mental health and politics. He recognises the growing problem with social isolation and acute loneliness among UK adults, and wants to raise awareness of Omega’s life changing work.
