Gavin Martin

The longest-serving member of the team, Office Manager Gavin has more than 15 years of experience supporting Omega. He is a central point of contact for colleagues across the charity, with extensive knowledge of the charity’s processes. His work covers a wide range of responsibilities including administration, IT, graphic design, communications, project development and programmes support. He is also a committed advocate for colleagues and plays an important role in ensuring staff voices are heard and represented within the organisation.
