Sara Taylor

Trustee

Sara has over 20 years of experience working across youth work, youth justice, education, and mental health, with a particular passion for helping people recognise their value, find purpose and experience dignity and belonging. She is the UK Director of Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries, supporting churches and communities to engage more confidently and compassionately with mental health, and Co-Founder and Director of Revolve Collective, an education recruitment organisation working to create better opportunities for young people.

Sara is a JNC qualified youth worker, holds an MSc in Psychological Wellbeing, and is currently completing a PhD exploring how young people make sense of their experiences and develop their sense of identity. Her work is shaped by a belief that everyone deserves to be heard, valued and given the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.

Sara lives in Staffordshire with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and escaping into nature whenever she can.
